UPS surcharge standard: 

1. Surcharge for change of address: UPS in Hong Kong is HK$ 77 yuan per piece, and the maximum charge is HK$ 273 per ticket; UPS in mainland China is RMB 68 yuan per piece, and the maximum charge is RMB 280 yuan per ticket. 

2. Additional service fee: Hong Kong UPS is HK$ 40 yuan per package, and mainland UPS is RMB 40 yuan per package. When a customer consigns any of the following packages, UPS will charge this surcharge to the customer for each package: 

1) Anything packed in a metal or wooden shipping container. 

2) Any cylindrical objects that are not completely wrapped in corrugated paper, such as barrels, drums, buckets or tires, etc. 

3) Any package with the longest side exceeding 152cm or the second longest side exceeding 76cm. 

4) The actual weight of any single piece of goods exceeds 32kg. 

If the above four restrictions are met, only one RMB40； will be charged; 

III. Surcharge for exceeding the maximum limit: HK$ 388 per piece for UPS in Hong Kong and RMB $378 per piece for UPS in mainland China (this charging standard remains unchanged, but the original length of the upper line is changed from 330cm to 419cm). The weight and size restrictions of UPS are as follows: 

1) The longest side (length) of any package exceeds 270cm; 

2) The sum of the measurements of any package (i.e.: (width+height) *2+ length) exceeds 419cm; 

3) The actual weight of any package is 70kg.

Special note: 

1. UPS does not carry packages that exceed the above three conditions, and it will be rejected by UPS operators once found. If such shipments are arranged for export due to omission, UPS will complete this delivery service, and will automatically collect this surcharge from the sender. 

2. If the consigned package exceeds the length and weight limits at the same time (for example, if it meets the above points 1 and 3), UPS will only charge a surcharge of 388 yuan for the package once, and will not double-calculate this fee. 

IV. Surcharge for large packages: HK$ 388 per package for Hong Kong UPS and RMB $378 per package for mainland UPS (this charge standard is newly added): 

When the sum of the package length plus the perimeter [(2x width +(2x height)] exceeds 330cm, but does not exceed the maximum limit length of UPS of 419cm, UPS will consider this package as a large package. The minimum payment weight for large packages is 40kg. The purpose of this update is mainly to satisfy customers who consign large packages. When UPS charges customers a surcharge for large packages, it will not charge additional service fees at the same time. 

Special Note: If your package exceeds either of the maximum limit surcharge in point 3 and the large package surcharge in point 4, the two service charges will be charged at the same time. That is, two pieces of 388 yuan (or 378 yuan) will be charged for each piece, or if your package exceeds the third overweight and overlong limit and meets the surcharge, the two service fees will be charged at the same time, that is, 388 yuan (or 378 yuan) and 40 yuan will be charged for each piece.
